Topnochauto may collect information you submit, including contact details, vehicle and service details, customer experience reports, provider applications, correction requests, and site feedback. Basic technical information may be processed for security, fraud prevention, and site operation. Raw network addresses are not intentionally stored with submissions; a limited daily security fingerprint may be used to reduce spam.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the service, review reports, contact submitters for verification, process provider applications, respond to requests, improve the site, prevent abuse, and develop the Topnoch Score. Contact information is not displayed publicly as part of a review.
Sharing
Topnochauto may use service providers that host or operate the site. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Topnochauto does not promise that information submitted for publication will remain private.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, dispute handling, safety, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to verification and legal exceptions. You may also ask questions about a report or business response through the site request form or Topnochauto321@gmail.com.
Children
Topnochauto is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request personal information from them.
