Community review rules
Topnochauto welcomes honest firsthand customer experiences, including negative experiences. Reports are moderated for fairness, usefulness, authenticity, privacy, and safety—not to protect a business from legitimate criticism.
What you may submit
- Your own direct experience with the named business.
- Accurate descriptions of what was requested, quoted, performed, charged, and communicated.
- Your honest opinion when it is clearly presented as opinion.
- Optional supporting records that you have the right to provide.
What is prohibited
- False statements, impersonation, threats, harassment, discrimination, doxxing, private financial or medical information, or unlawful content.
- Reviews written for someone else, competitor sabotage, coordinated campaigns, duplicate reports, or reviews exchanged for payment or another incentive.
- Claims stated as proven facts when they are speculation.
- Content copied from another person or source without permission.
Moderation
Topnochauto may verify a report, ask for clarification, redact private information, decline publication, remove content, or exclude a report from scoring. Submission does not guarantee publication or score impact.
Business fairness
A business may request a factual correction or submit a response. Topnochauto may temporarily withhold disputed content while reviewing it. We do not promise removal merely because a report is negative.
Your responsibility
By submitting, you confirm that the report is truthful to the best of your knowledge, based on firsthand experience, and does not knowingly violate another person’s rights. You grant Topnochauto a nonexclusive license to review, store, edit for length or privacy without changing meaning, and publish the submitted content.
