Topnoch Score method
What the score represents
The future Topnoch Score is intended to summarize patterns in customer-reported workmanship, honesty, communication, timing, pricing clarity, problem resolution, and customer care. It is an editorial summary of reviewed information—not a technical inspection, licensing decision, or guarantee.
Review confidence
Firsthand reports that can be reasonably verified may carry more confidence than incomplete or unverified reports. Topnochauto may reduce or exclude the influence of duplicates, conflicts of interest, incentives, manipulation, suspicious patterns, or insufficient detail.
Separation from Google
Google ratings and review counts are displayed separately and are never represented as the Topnoch Score. A Google rating does not determine a Topnoch Score.
Paid relationships
Payment, advertising, membership, or provider participation will not purchase a higher independent score. Any sponsored placement or financial relationship must be clearly labeled.
Corrections and changes
Scores may change when new information is reviewed, old information becomes less relevant, manipulation is found, or a correction is verified. Businesses may request a factual correction and provide a response.
