By using Topnochauto, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Automotive Disclaimer, Community Review Rules, and Score Method.
Platform role
Topnochauto provides educational automotive information, provider discovery, and community reporting. It is not a party to transactions between users and providers and does not control or guarantee a provider’s work, statements, availability, prices, licensing, insurance, or conduct.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with operation, scrape or copy substantial content without permission, submit malicious code, impersonate others, manipulate reviews or scores, or use the service unlawfully.
User submissions
You remain responsible for content you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Topnochauto a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, moderate, edit for length or privacy without changing meaning, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the service.
Intellectual property
The Topnochauto name, TA marks, site design, original text, scoring presentation, and original media belong to Topnochauto or its licensors. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Availability and changes
The service may change, suspend, or remove features and content. Topnochauto may enforce these Terms, investigate suspected abuse, preserve records, and cooperate with lawful requests.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topnochauto disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or third-party automotive work. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and costs arising from your unlawful use, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
South Carolina law
These Terms are governed by South Carolina law, without overriding consumer protections that legally apply. Courts with proper jurisdiction in South Carolina will handle disputes unless the parties agree otherwise.
